Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Supervisor with experience in electrical and mechanical fields to supervise personnel, coordinate tasks, conduct safety training, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Ensuring compliance with safety protocols On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for · TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR · REQUIREMENTS: Diploma holder in Electrical or Mechanical specialization 5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical areas and/or similar services, with knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Resident of the Chilca area Availability to work Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM; occasional work on Sundays and holidays may be required · RESPONSIBILITIES: Verify that staff comply with established routines and procedures. Conduct periodic inspections at assigned sites to evaluate service quality. Coordinate and assign tasks to staff. Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff appearance. Provide training on PETs (Preventive Emergency Tasks), equipment usage, and safety standards. Distribute payroll slips, contracts, vacation vouchers, etc. Coordinate logistics for necessary resources supporting operational activities. Ensure each site has required materials and equipment. Supervise proper equipment usage and request replacements when necessary. Maintain constant communication with site supervisors. Ensure use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) protocols. Prepare inspection and staff performance reports. Report incidents, absences, or special needs to the Operations Department. Perform minor maintenance in electrical and mechanical systems. Carry out other duties related to the position. · BENEFITS: Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits.
