Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Supervisor with experience in electrical and mechanical areas to verify procedures, conduct inspections, coordinate tasks, and train staff on safety and OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) standards. On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for · TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR · REQUIREMENTS: Diploma holder in Electrical or Mechanical specialty 5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical areas and/or similar services, with knowledge of OSH Resident of the Chilca area Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; occasional work on Sundays and holidays may be required · RESPONSIBILITIES: Verify that staff comply with established routines and procedures. Conduct periodic inspections at assigned locations to assess service quality. Coordinate and assign tasks to staff. Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff appearance. Train staff on PETs (Preventive Emergency Tasks), equipment usage, and safety standards. Issue payroll slips, contracts, vacation vouchers, etc. Coordinate logistics and necessary resources for operational activities. Verify that each location has the required materials and equipment. Supervise proper equipment usage and request replacements when necessary. Maintain constant communication with the responsible personnel at each facility. Ensure use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OH&S) protocols. Prepare inspection and staff performance reports. Report incidents, absences, or special requirements to the Operations Department. Perform minor maintenance in mechanical and electrical systems.
