Job Summary: Technical Supervisor responsible for personnel supervision, quality inspection, task coordination, attendance and punctuality control, safety training, logistics, and minor maintenance in electrical mechanics. Safety training and SSMA protocols On behalf of our client, we are seeking · TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR · REQUIREMENTS: Technician with a formal degree in Electrical or Mechanical specialization 5 years of experience in the electrical and mechanical fields and/or similar services, plus knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Resident of the Chilca area Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 8 AM to 5 PM; occasional work on Sundays and holidays may be required · RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure personnel comply with established routines and procedures. Conduct periodic inspections at assigned sites to assess service quality. Coordinate and assign tasks to personnel. Monitor attendance, punctuality, and team appearance. Provide training on PETs, equipment usage, and safety standards. Distribute payroll slips, contracts, vacation vouchers, etc. Coordinate logistics and secure necessary resources for operational activities. Verify that each site has the required materials and equipment. Supervise proper equipment usage and request replacements when necessary. Maintain constant communication with site supervisors. Ensure use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (SSMA) protocols. Prepare inspection and personnel performance reports. Report incidents, absences, or special requirements to the Operations Department. Perform minor maintenance in electrical mechanics.
