




Job Summary: Responsible for researching procurement opportunities, preparing technical and economic proposals, and managing customer relationships to boost government sales. Key Highlights: 1. Investigate and analyze public procurement opportunities. 2. Prepare technical and economic proposals for sales to the government. 3. Manage and consolidate customer relationships. I. RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Research and analyze procurement opportunities on platforms such as SEACE, POR INVERSION, OSCE, World Bank, UNDP, among others. · 2\. Prepare and consolidate technical and economic proposals for quotations to support the sale and positioning of our products with the government. 3\. Submit inquiries and clarifications regarding quotations to ensure compliance with the requirements specified by the procuring entity. 4\. Review and communicate all government sales opportunities to ensure participation in tenders. 5\. Monitor the validity of all company legal documents required in quotations to ensure compliance with mandatory tender requirements. 6\. Review and alert on the margin of quoted prices in tenders to ensure proposal profitability. * Complete assigned tasks per planning directives from supervisors and directly participate in meeting related deadlines and deliverables. * Comply with and enforce the company’s internal regulations. * Fulfill all requirements and procedures associated with assigned activities. II. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES 1\. Develop a monthly visit plan. 2\. Send letters of introduction and quotations to government entities. 3\. Promote the technical advantages of products, service quality, and technology. 4\. Organize quotation workflows and contacts generated; maintain and increase business opportunities with the government. 5\. Present at least one alternative sales option to customers requesting it for the same product type. 6\. Inform customers and request deadline extensions where appropriate or required. 7\. Stay attentive to customer needs and the development of new products. 8\. Issue technical specifications for sold products. 9\. Maintain and consolidate customer relationships, stay informed about their needs, and maintain ongoing communication. 10\. Create, maintain, and safeguard folders containing tender and customer information. 11\. Review and supervise quotations to customers, and when required, with support from General Management. 12\. Supervise adherence to delivery timelines for purchase orders and/or sales notes. 13\. Define and implement corrective, preventive actions, and improvement opportunities within the department. 14\. Collaborate, participate, and comply with the quality management system, developing and implementing relevant improvements for the department. 15\.
