Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery. * Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or industrial equipment failures. * Ensure proper machine operation to guarantee continuity of the production process. * Comply with company-established safety standards and maintenance procedures. * Report incidents and support continuous improvement of equipment. Candidate Profile * Graduate of a technical program or higher education in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * With or without work experience. * Prior experience in production machinery maintenance is preferred (desirable). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented individual.
