Provides educational, emotional, and developmental support while promoting values, respect, and healthy coexistence. Main Responsibilities: \*Support academic activities and daily homework. \*Accompany children in their learning and personal development process. \*Foster values such as respect, responsibility, solidarity, and honesty. \*Provide emotional support by listening and guiding patiently and affectionately. \*Assist with daily routines (order, hygiene, schedules, and coexistence rules). \*Coordinate with educators, psychologists, and caregivers. \*Ensure the safety and well-being of children and adolescents.
