




Job Summary: We are seeking a Settlement Assistant to optimize supply chains by managing product waybills, digitizing documentation, and maintaining precise internal controls. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the receipt and registration of product waybills 2. Digitize and upload documentation into internal systems 3. We are currently looking for a: **SETTLEMENT ASSISTANT** **Responsibilities** * Receive waybills for products dispatched for distribution, as well as waybills for products collected per client instructions. * Register dispatched products and customer-collected products into the system to maintain internal control. * Digitize waybills and rename them. * All submitted documentation must be uploaded to the server and linked to the system to prevent information loss. * Send physical waybills to the client. **Requirements** * Graduate of a Technical or University program in Business Administration or related fields. * Basic knowledge of transportation and distribution. * Proficiency in Excel. * One (1) year of experience in this position. * Prior experience as a logistics operator (mandatory). **What We Offer** * Formal employment with full statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. * Food allowance card. **Work Location:** Av.
