We Are Hiring a Store Manager for Our Minimarket! We are expanding and looking for a **Store Manager** who is highly energetic, detail-oriented, and demonstrates impeccable leadership. Your Mission in This Role You will be fully responsible for the minimarket’s daily operations. Your goal will be to ensure the store is always well-stocked, customers receive prompt and friendly service, and financial records balance perfectly. What Will Be Your Key Challenges? * **Inventory and Shrinkage Control:** Monitor incoming and outgoing merchandise, ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/PEPS system), and minimize losses due to expiration or damage. * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate staff shifts (multifunctional cashiers), motivate team members, and ensure adherence to service and cleanliness standards. * **Commercial Management:** Monitor daily sales, ensure correct price labeling, and maintain organized and attractive shelf displays. * **Cashier Operations:** Supervise cash reconciliations, cash handling, and bank deposits to ensure zero discrepancies. * **Supplier Relations:** Coordinate order deliveries, verify invoices, and ensure timely restocking. What Are We Looking For? * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles (minimarkets, convenience stores, supermarkets, or mass-consumption retail). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory control, and basic/intermediate Excel. * **Skills:** Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving skills, and unwavering integrity. * **Availability:** Full-time schedule of 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break), with Sundays off.
