Analyze and automate HR processes WASKA S.A.C., a textile exporting company located in Villa El Salvador, seeks to hire an HR Analyst. Manage and automate the company's administrative processes, including payroll, human resources, and treasury. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Prepare and control monthly payroll, contributions, deductions, and social benefits \- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, overtime, and employee vacations \- Analyze and automate HR, payroll, and treasury processes \- Handle employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance with labor obligations (PLAME, AFPnet, T\-Registro) \- Generate personnel reports and KPIs for management REQUIREMENTS: \- Experience: Minimum 2 years in payroll or HR roles \- Education: Technical or university degree in Accounting, Administration, or Human Resources \- Knowledge: Payroll calculation, PLAME, AFPnet, T\-Registro, social benefits, and labor legislation \- Intermediate-to-advanced Excel; MYPE regime knowledge and ERP system experience (preferred) \- Availability to work onsite in Villa El Salvador WE OFFER: \- Salary: S/ 2,000 \- S/ 2,500 (based on experience) \- Biweekly payment (mid-month and month-end) \- Formal payroll from day one under the MYPE regime (small enterprise): bonus, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), vacation entitlement per regulations, ESSALUD, SCTR, and family allowance \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:36 p.m. (weekends off) Work location: Southern Lima (near Villa El Salvador) Apply through this platform, attaching your updated CV.
