Focus on order, neatness, and attention to detail in sample management. **Job Objective:** Support the receipt, registration, and control of samples entering the laboratory, ensuring that information is entered accurately, orderly, and promptly into the company's systems. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Good typing speed and accuracy * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) * Orderliness, neatness, and attention to detail **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and register samples entering the laboratory, verifying correct identification. * Enter and update sample, client, and request data in the laboratory's computer system. * Verify that sample intake documentation is complete and correct. * Label, code, and organize received samples according to established procedures. * Coordinate with technical departments regarding sample intake and transfer. * Maintain the reception area in an orderly and appropriate condition. * Assist in archiving and controlling documentary records of the department.
