Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Welding Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment in industrial and mining environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance 2. Operation of mechanical equipment in power houses and plants 3. Constant coordination and communication with the department **Mechanical Welding Technician** Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment located in power houses, water treatment ponds, and the ADR plant. The work location is at the Corihuarmi UM, situated at 4,900 meters above sea level. ***Technical Profile*** * Higher education in Industrial Mechanics with specialization in the mining sector. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance. * Age between 20 and 45 years. * Experience using Microsoft Office. ***Generic Activities*** * Adhere to the weekly preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedule. * Report progress on pending and completed activities. * Perform scheduled assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment such as: stationary or vertical pumps, submersible pumps, agitators, gear reducers, vibratory systems, crushing equipment, belt alignment, pulleys, and repair applications for tanks, columns, and main hoppers, etc. * Verify compliance with established technical mechanical parameters according to the equipment manufacturer's manual during operation. * Conduct continuous inspections of active equipment in power houses, water treatment ponds, and the ADR plant. * Perform maintenance tasks following safety procedures. * Maintain constant communication and coordination with the department head. * Accurately complete and submit work orders. * Correctly fill out safety management tools. * Perform housekeeping and cleaning tasks. ***Personal Profile*** * Strong interpersonal skills. * Decision-making ability. * Initiative. * Adaptability. * Willingness to work collaboratively in teams. * Emotional stability.
