Position Summary: Grupo SANNY is seeking an SSOMA Assistant Engineer to support the implementation of safety regulations, identify hazards, supervise risks, and manage SSOMA documentation for construction projects. Risk supervision and prevention in construction activities Grupo SANNY, a leading construction company in central Peru, is seeking an SSOMA ASSISTANT ENGINEER. **Requirements** * **Professional**: Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Specific Experience**: Minimum 1 year of SSOMA experience on road/pavement and/or irrigation system projects (or similar), including participation in IPERC, daily safety talks, PPE control, traffic signage, and follow-up of findings. * **General Experience**: 2 years Responsibilities: * **Comply with and support** implementation of Law No. 29783, its regulations, and Safety Standard G.050 during construction. * **Identify and assess** hazards and risks using IPERC, promoting application of the hierarchy of controls. * **Conduct and support** daily safety talks, ATS/AST, work permits, field inspections, and preventive observations. * **Supervise and prevent** risks in road and pavement works, including pedestrian and vehicle traffic, demolition, compaction, concrete or asphalt pouring, use of electric tools, and maintenance of order and cleanliness. * **Supervise and control** risks in irrigation works related to excavations, trenches, shoring, interferences, and work near channels or watercourses. * **Implement and verify** proper traffic signage and temporary traffic control in work zones. * **Control and verify** selection, delivery, proper use, and replacement of personal protective equipment (PPE). * **Support and supervise** basic environmental management on site, including waste segregation, dust and noise control, spill management, and fuel storage. * **Record and organize** SSOMA documentation, including training records, inspections, work permits, incidents, and audit evidence.
