Preparation and control of employment contracts **Grupo SANNY**, a leading construction company in the central region of the country, is currently seeking an HR Assistant. **Requirements:** * **Professional**: Bachelor's degree or candidate in Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. * **Experience**: At least 1 year in similar positions. * Payroll management: Calculation of bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Severance Pay), vacation pay, fifth-category income tax, and settlement of social benefits, among others. * Knowledge of the Civil Construction Regime. **Responsibilities** * Execution and management of **T\-Registration**, **PLAME, AFP NET** * **Preparation and control of employment contracts for staff and their registration.** * **Distribution of payslips, CTS**, and bonuses. * Prepares staff attendance control reports.
