Guidance on treatment and post-hospitalization care **BACHELOR OF NURSING (INPATIENT CARE DEPARTMENT)** **Company:** SCANMED **Department:** Inpatient Care **Employment Type:** Full-time **Availability:** Immediate At **SCANMED E.I.R.L.**, a company specialized in providing healthcare services and personnel management to **Clínica ConfíaSalud**, we are currently seeking a **Bachelor of Nursing** professional to join our **Inpatient Care Department**. **Requirements** * Valid professional degree and current professional license. * Active professional competence. * Minimum 1 year of inpatient care experience (preferred). * Availability for full-time employment. * Commitment, responsibility, and service orientation. **Main Responsibilities** * Adhere to clinical protocols and established standards. * Administer medications and procedures per medical instructions. * Timely preparation of clinical reports and records. * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments (physical, emotional, and social). * Develop individualized care plans using the nursing process based on NANDA diagnoses, NOC outcomes, and NIC interventions. * Provide guidance regarding treatment, post-hospitalization care, hygiene, nutrition, and complication prevention.
