Requirements * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in recruitment and personnel selection. * Proficiency with job boards (Indeed, Computrabajo, Pandapé, LinkedIn, among others). * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills. * Knowledge of labor legislation is desirable. Main Responsibilities * Manage recruitment and selection processes for administrative and operational staff. * Post job vacancies and conduct resume screening. * Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring of personnel. * Manage onboarding documentation and induction of new employees. * Maintain up-to-date personnel databases and employee files. * Prepare HR department reports and metrics. * Provide administrative support to the HR department.
