Position Summary: An experienced Site Resident Engineer is required for a university infrastructure project, leading the technical team and coordinating with the Technical Office. Key Highlights: 1. Technical team leadership and coordination with the Technical Office. 2. Experience in dealing with supervision and the client entity. 3. Occupational health and safety management on site. Project: University Construction – Chanchamayo A SITE RESIDENT ENGINEER is required for the execution of a university infrastructure project in the province of Chanchamayo. * Professional Profile Licensed Civil Engineer. Registered and licensed (valid CIP registration). No impediments to contracting with the State. General Experience Minimum 8 years of professional experience, counted from the date of registration. * Specific Experience Minimum 5 years of experience as Site Resident Engineer and/or Supervisor and/or Inspector on similar projects. Must have served as Site Resident Engineer on at least: 01 or 02 educational and/or university infrastructure projects, and/or Large-scale institutional buildings (universities, institutes, schools, hospitals, public administrative buildings). * Similar projects include: Construction and/or improvement and/or expansion of educational or institutional buildings. Projects involving reinforced concrete structures, complete sanitary and electrical installations. * Key Technical Competencies Preparation and management of monthly valuations. Schedule control (MS Project or Primavera). Quantity surveying and management of variations/extra works. Experience in dealing with supervision and the client entity. Knowledge of the Public Procurement Law and its Regulations. Occupational health and safety management on site. * Conditions Full-time availability in Chanchamayo. Permanent presence on site.
