Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in civil works supervision and hydrocarbon plant operations to coordinate and control the execution of assigned tasks, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards. Execution and quality control **Professional Qualifications** * Certified Civil Engineer **Experience** * 5 years of experience in similar positions at hydrocarbon or gas plants. (Verified) * 5 years of experience in civil works supervision. (Verified) **Responsibilities** * Comply with and enforce policies adopted by Pluspetrol, voluntarily contributing improvement proposals within the scope of assigned duties. * Ensure implementation of procedures and standards defined by Pluspetrol (Task stoppage, LOTO, and others). * Continuously coordinate, manage, and control execution of assigned tasks to ensure safe, optimal, efficient, and timely completion. * Comply with technical specifications, engineering standards, and established procedures. * Prepare quantity take-offs, execution control, quality control, and progress tracking for assigned tasks. * Supervise personnel under direct responsibility, implementing company rules and policies, while promoting training and comprehensive safety. * Actively participate in planned task execution and related control activities, identifying deviations and reporting them promptly. **Technical Knowledge** * National legislation applicable to the hydrocarbon sector (e.g., DS-043-2007, DS-015-2006-EM) * Concrete structure repair * Solid knowledge of accident and incident investigation and analysis techniques under DNV methodology, including Root Cause Analysis. * Industrial hygiene and occupational health knowledge * Project planning using MS Project * Reading of civil drawings **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday until 6:30 p.m.; Friday until 4:00 p.m. **Location** * Pluspetrol Plant (Pisco) **Salary** * Salary paid via payroll with all statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
