Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor. * Knowledge of quality control, quantity surveying, valuation, and construction execution. * Familiarity with current construction regulations. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise the correct execution of construction work in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and schedule. * Monitor physical and financial progress of the project. * Verify compliance with safety and quality standards. * Prepare technical reports and progress reports. * Coordinate with site managers, suppliers, and technical staff.
