As a company committed to diversity and inclusion, we encourage all professionals who meet the job description requirements to apply.** **Key Information:** Team: Reliability, Engineering and Maintenance Location: Lima, Peru Experience Level: 3–5 years Work Type: On-site **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Environment, and Energy Management System policies and regulations. * Supervise proper execution of routine, preventive maintenance activities as well as plant shutdowns; verify work quality, adherence to schedules, and planned costs. * Review and manage maintenance performance indicators and ensure their continuous improvement. * Manage assigned maintenance contracts, including their definition, quality control, schedule adherence, and cost management. * Coordinate with warehouse and procurement departments to maintain spare parts inventory and prevent stockouts—especially of critical spares. * Evaluate application of new techniques and procedures for repairing rotating equipment to minimize costs. * Assist in preparation and utilization of the department’s budget through ongoing control of costs associated with each intervention. * Perform other additional and complementary tasks as requested by the Section Head. **What We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contract * Health Insurance (EPS) * Continuous training * Growth opportunities **You Will Fit This Role If You Have:** * A degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years of professional experience in maintenance areas. * Experience in similar roles within the hydrocarbons or energy sectors. * Knowledge and experience in maintenance of advanced industrial rotating machinery and applicable standards. * Proficiency in monitoring, interpreting, and managing maintenance KPIs. * Basic knowledge of operational processes, handling procedures, assembly, as well as maintenance costs and budgeting. * Ability to read and interpret equipment drawings and technical documentation. * Supervisory competencies, SAP proficiency, and MS Project expertise.
