Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and empathetic Well-being and Workplace Climate Analyst to manage well-being, insurance, and personnel administration processes, as well as enhance the workplace climate. Additionally, you will play a key role in monitoring and improving the workplace climate through indicator analysis and implementation of internal initiatives. **What will be your main responsibilities?** **Operational Management and Well-being (70%)** * Respond promptly to employee inquiries and requests. * Manage medical leaves, subsidy applications, and case follow-ups. * Administer affiliations, renewals, and control of SCTR and Life Insurance under Law. * Coordinate employee enrollments and cancellations in applicable insurance plans. * Follow up on incidents related to occupational well-being and support personnel onboarding/documentation processes. * Coordinate health and well-being campaigns, as well as internal communication strategies. * Maintain updated personnel databases and departmental reports. * Support the organization of internal activities, celebrations, and team integration programs. **Workplace Climate and Analysis (30%)** * Support the deployment of workplace climate and satisfaction surveys. * Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for well-being, absenteeism, and workplace climate. * Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience (*Employee Experience*). * Follow up on action plans derived from surveys or reported incidents. * Propose innovative initiatives for team integration and motivation. * Prepare executive reports and KPIs for the HR Department Head. **What are we looking for in you?
