We are looking for: **Academic Qualifications**: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. * Specific courses in risk management or safety (preferred). Responsibilities: * Review of fire protection system installation drawings. * Conducting quantity take-offs to determine material quantities and costs. * Review of descriptive reports and technical specifications to ensure regulatory compliance. * Preparation of construction schedules for tendering, ensuring realistic timelines. * Preparation of technical proposals demonstrating project feasibility. * Preparation of detailed and competitive economic proposals. * Creation of submission dossiers including all required documentation. * Management of area-related documentation to maintain an organized and accessible record. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for fire protection system projects. * Basic knowledge of NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) and related regulations. Skills and Competencies: * Analytical ability to evaluate costs and optimize budgets. * Strong communication skills for coordinating with technical teams and presenting reports. * Prior experience in fire protection system maintenance or infrastructure projects is a plus. * Flexibility and problem-solving ability related to budgeting and construction execution.
