We are looking for a committed and proactive Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation and maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. We seek someone eager to learn, collaborate in a team, and thrive in a dynamic environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation (e.g., vegetable cutting, sauces, side dishes, etc.). * Prepare ingredients and tools ready for service (mise en place). * Wash utensils, dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment. * Keep the work area clean and organized. * Restock supplies during service. * Assist in proper food storage. * Support delivery orders when necessary. **Requirements:** * Basic kitchen experience of 2–3 months * Basic knowledge of food handling * Ability to work under pressure * Responsibility, punctuality, and orderliness **Competencies:** * Teamwork * Proactivity * Organization * Tolerance for working under pressure **Working Conditions:** * Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Dynamic environment with exposure to heat and constant operational pace **We Offer:** * Positive work environment * Includes lunch * Opportunity for learning and growth * Monthly salary payment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Application Questions: * Salary expectations * District of residence * Are you available to work Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM?
