Monitor inventories and production costs **PORCELATINO S.A.C.** is seeking an **Accounting Manager** to work at its industrial plant located in Chilca (Cañete). We are a Chinese investment company dedicated to manufacturing and marketing porcelain tiles and ceramic wall and floor coverings nationwide and internationally. Required Profile: \- Licensed and registered accountant (mandatory). \- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in management/supervisory roles within industrial companies classified as PRICO (mandatory). \- Proven experience in audits and fiscal inspection processes. \- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting/industrial ERP systems. \- Diploma and/or Master’s degree in Taxation, Finance, Cost Accounting, or IFRS. \- Willingness to work on-site at our Chilca (Cañete) location. Key Responsibilities: \* Lead the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of monthly and annual closings. \* Manage monthly and annual financial closings, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and analyzing variances in financial statements. \* Manage internal audits by implementing action plans and enhancing accounting processes and policies. \* Monitor inventories and production costs.
