Position Summary:
Comprehensively manage HR processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, personnel administration, and implementation of labor best practices to support operational continuity.

Comprehensively manage the company's core HR processes, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations, proper personnel administration, and implementation of labor best practices, thereby contributing to the company's operational continuity and sustainability.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
1\. Administer personnel onboarding, retention, and offboarding processes in accordance with current labor regulations.
2\. Prepare, administer, and safeguard personnel labor documentation (contracts, renewals, and others).
3\. Prepare payroll and social benefits reports with accounting support.
4\. Monitor attendance, vacations, leaves, medical rest periods, and other labor rights of personnel.
5\. Ensure compliance with current labor regulations and respond to requests, inspections, or audits by SUNAFIL.
6\. Prepare and update the company's basic labor documents (MOF, contracts, internal policies, and others pending completion).
7\. Coordinate implementation of Occupational Safety and Health regulations jointly with the Supervisor or Occupational Safety and Health Committee, as applicable.
8\. Manage disciplinary procedures in accordance with law and internal company policies.
9\. Provide basic guidance to personnel regarding their labor rights and obligations.
10\. Resolve various situations or issues related to active personnel within the company.
11\. Comply with occupational safety and health regulations applicable to the position.
12\. Immediately report any accidents or incidents occurring during working hours.
13\. Wear and maintain in orderly and clean condition the uniform provided by the company, which must be worn during working hours.
14\. Supervise and ensure proper management of the company's transportation vehicles, verifying their operational condition, adherence to preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, and any other aspects related to fleet administration.
15\. Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Completed university degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Accounting.
* Minimum general experience of three (03\) years in this position.
* Minimum experience of two (02\) years in personnel management or labor administration.
**KNOWLEDGE:**
* Basic labor legislation and SUNAFIL audit criteria.
* Personnel administration and attendance control.
* Payroll management.
* Occupational Safety and Health (basic level).
* Intermediate proficiency in office productivity tools.
