Provide strategic support to the company's various departments We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who will strategically lead human talent management and contribute to strengthening all HR areas within the organization. Work Mode: On-site, Chancay Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 9 a.m. \- 6 p.m. (1 rotating day off per week) Main Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise Human Resources processes. * Design and implement talent management strategies. * Manage recruitment, training, workplace climate, and performance evaluation processes. * Supervise personnel administration and labor compliance. * Propose continuous improvements to HR policies and procedures. * Provide strategic support to the company's various departments. * Develop management indicators and reports.
