Conflict resolution skills and confidentiality management are highly valued. **Multifunctional Operator / Security Surveillance – Lima City Center** Company is seeking a **Multifunctional Operator** for security surveillance, customer service, and operational support duties. **Requirements and Profile** * Must reside in areas **adjacent to Lima City Center**. * **Immediate availability**. * Responsible, attentive individual with sound judgment. * Ability to remain calm in challenging situations. * Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and **confidentiality management**. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Proficiency in **conflict resolution**. * Willingness to work on-site at Lima City Center. **Responsibilities** * Perform basic cleaning of the premises. * Assist with **flyer distribution and door-to-door promotion**. * Carry out **security surveillance and access control** tasks. * Greet and guide potential customers entering the premises. * Verify identity at entry points and interior areas. * Maintain order, safety, and comfort for customers and staff. * Monitor supplier entry and exit. * Comply with and enforce **security protocols**. * Support other duties assigned by the company. **Work Schedule** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:45 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration (**payroll inclusion**) with all statutory benefits. * **Work certificate**. * Job stability. *Note: On-site position – Lima City Center* Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,130.00 \- S/.1,300.00 per month Application Questions: * DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION?
