Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation At FRANKLIN EL POLO, we are looking for an experienced waiter/waitress with a service-oriented attitude and a focus on excellence for our location in SURCO \- CC EL POLO. **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver friendly and personalized customer service. * Accurately and promptly take customer orders. * Set up and clear tables. * Know the menu, promotions, and recommendations to provide appropriate guidance. * Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service. * Verify bills and manage corresponding payments. * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation. * Adhere to the restaurant's service standards and protocols. **Requirements:** * Minimum **5 years of experience as a waiter/waitress** in restaurants. * Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities. * Ability to work under pressure. * Responsibility, punctuality, and professional appearance. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Must reside in areas near SURCO or have personal transportation, as closing time may be as late as 2:00 a.m. **We Offer:** * Compensation: S/ 1,130 base salary \+ tips. * Enrollment in the General Regime. * Full benefits (Essalud, SCTR, Life Insurance Law, bonuses, CTS, and vacation days). * Monthly payment. * Positive work environment and job stability.
