Job Summary: Mechanical Maintenance Technical Assistant to support updating maintenance plans and spare parts inventories for equipment, and to perform assembly, inspection, repair, and calibration of industrial machinery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in updating maintenance plans and spare parts inventories for industrial equipment. 2. Assemble, inspect, repair, and calibrate machinery. 3. Maintain equipment and the workplace in order. HPD CONTRATISTAS GENERALES SAC, engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of Tempered Glass, Insulated Glass, Aluminum Joinery, Accessories, and others, seeks top talent for the position of: **Position: Mechanical Maintenance Technical Assistant** **Requirements:** * Familiarity with or knowledge of plant machinery/machine tools, such as winches, compressors, transformers, furnaces, electric motors, hydraulic units, and pneumatic units. * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Mechanical Maintenance. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial plants. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Willingness to work at the industrial plant in Chilca (km. 64 Panamericana Sur). * Preference for candidates residing in areas near Cono Sur or Chilca. **Responsibilities** * Assist in gathering technical information for updating maintenance plans for industrial equipment. * Assist in updating critical spare parts inventories for industrial machines on-site. * Assist in monitoring the supply of spare parts for industrial equipment on-site. * Assemble and disassemble equipment as required. * Inspect and perform commissioning maintenance of equipment. * Repair or replace defective components or parts of machines and equipment. * Identify objectives and scope of maintenance programs. * Perform calibration and repair activities for machinery across various glass and aluminum joinery production processes. * Maintain equipment and the workplace in order, reporting any anomalies. * Other duties assigned by management. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * ESSALUD health insurance and pension system coverage. * Overtime pay. * On-site meal service. * Bonus payments. * Profit-sharing. * Staff transportation LIMA\-CHILCA.
