Coordination with various project specialties **Construction Resident** ===================== Company: Location: Our company is seeking top talent for the position of: **Construction Resident** **Job Objective:** To ensure proper technical and operational management of the execution of Level II-1 hospital construction projects, guaranteeing compliance with schedules, budgets, quality standards, and current regulations through direct supervision of construction activities, coordination with various project specialties and stakeholders, and correct implementation of established construction procedures. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineer or Architect. * Registered and licensed by the College of Engineers or Architects of Peru. * Minimum five (5) years of experience in execution and/or supervision of similar projects since registration. * Experience in construction and/or supervision of hospitals, clinics, health centers, hotels, or similar facilities. * Previous role as Construction Resident and/or Resident Engineer and/or Principal Resident and/or Supervisor and/or Head of Supervision. * Participation in the construction of at least one (01) similar project in Category II-1 or higher.
