Position Summary: We are seeking a FIDIC Engineer with experience in contractual management for civil infrastructure projects, possessing strong technical judgment and leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in risk management and contract administration **FIDIC ENGINEER** **GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS** **A) Academic Background** * Licensed and registered Professional Civil Engineer, Sanitary Engineer, or related discipline. * Valid professional registration and license. * FIDIC Contracts certification or training desirable (Red Book, Yellow Book, or Silver Book). **B) General Experience** Minimum of **60 months** of professional experience (counted from date of registration) as Project Manager, Director, Superintendent, FIDIC Engineer, Contract Administrator, Construction Supervisor, or similar roles in infrastructure projects. **C) Specific Experience** Minimum of **36 months** serving as a **FIDIC Engineer** (2017 Red Book, 2017 Yellow Book, or Silver Book), or performing equivalent contractual administration functions under FIDIC contracts. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate specific experience in projects involving execution or supervision of civil infrastructure works—such as roads, bridges, sanitation, hydraulics, transportation, buildings, or similar—under FIDIC contracts. **Desirable:** Participation in up to three (03\) projects with a cumulative value equal to or exceeding **USD 90'000,000\.00**. **D) Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in FIDIC Contracts (2017 Red Book, 2017 Yellow Book, and/or Silver Book). * Public Procurement Law (desirable). * Construction contract management. * Microsoft Project. * Microsoft Excel – Advanced level. * AutoCAD (desirable). * Risk management and contract administration. * Intermediate or advanced English (desirable). **E) Competencies** * Strong technical judgment. * Negotiation ability. * Contractual analysis. * Effective communication. * Leadership. * Organization and planning. * Results orientation. * Teamwork. * Conflict resolution. * Decision-making. **Subject:** **FIDIC ENGINEER** **Work Location:** On-site (Monday to Friday) **Employment Type:** Full-time.
