




Position Summary: Ensure the receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of hotel supplies, guaranteeing order, availability, and reliable records while complying with quality and hygiene standards. Compliance with quality and hygiene standards. **Position Mission** Ensure proper receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of hotel supplies, guaranteeing order, timely availability, and reliable records to support operational and accounting management, while complying with quality and hygiene standards. Main Responsibilities Receive and inspect goods according to purchase orders and delivery notes. Accurately record receipts and issuances in systems and Excel-based controls. Store products in an orderly manner applying FIFO rotation. Monitor inventories and reconcile discrepancies with accounting records. Prepare and dispatch orders to various hotel departments. Support periodic physical inventory counts. Report losses, expirations, or inconsistencies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Comply with hygiene, safety, and product handling regulations. Requirements Education: Technical or university degree in Accounting (preferred). Knowledge: Microsoft Office (especially intermediate Excel). Inventory control and stock cards (kardex). Experience: Preferred experience in warehousing, logistics, or the hospitality sector.
