Application of quality and hygiene standards in management. **Job Mission** Ensure proper receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of hotel supplies, guaranteeing order, timely availability, and reliable records to support operational and accounting management, while complying with quality and hygiene standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive and verify merchandise according to purchase orders and delivery notes. * Accurately record receipts and issuances in systems and Excel-based controls. * Store products in an orderly manner applying **FIFO** rotation. * Control inventories and reconcile discrepancies with accounting records. * Prepare and dispatch orders to various hotel departments. * Support periodic physical inventory counts. * Report losses, expirations, or inconsistencies. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and product handling regulations. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Accounting (preferred). * **Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office (especially **intermediate Excel**). * Inventory control and stock cards (kardex). * **Experience:** Preferred experience in warehouses, logistics, or the hotel industry. * **Competencies:** Organization, responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork.
