Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager / Resident Engineer to plan, supervise, and control the execution of telecommunications and systems projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead telecommunications, systems, and special installation projects 2. Manage resources and coordinate project teams 3. Ensure compliance with quality standards and construction execution We are looking for a Project Manager / Resident Engineer responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling the execution of projects related to telecommunications, systems, and special installations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, quality, and technical specifications. This role will be responsible for resource management, progress monitoring, preparation of valuations, supervision of operational staff, and coordination with various departments involved in the project. Additionally, the candidate must ensure compliance with the technical file, quality standards, and proper construction execution. Salary: S/.6,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you hold a professional degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering? * Are you currently licensed and registered with your professional association? * Do you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in this specialty? * Have you participated in at least four projects related to telecommunications, systems, or special installations within the public sector, either in formulation and/or execution? * Do you have a minimum accumulated experience of 18 months as a resident engineer, supervisor, inspector, head of supervision, or similar role? * Do you have training in project management, telecommunications, Scrum, Project Management, or related fields? * Do you have training in residency and supervision of public and private construction projects?
