Position Summary: Supervise crew activities related to operations, maintenance, and emergencies, ensuring compliance with Written Safe Work Procedures (PETS) and safety during service delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise teams in critical operations 2. Ensure compliance with safety procedures 3. Responsibility for maintenance and operation of electrical systems Responsible for supervising operational, maintenance, and emergency activities carried out by assigned crews, as well as ensuring compliance with Written Safe Work Procedures (PETS) and overseeing safety for all activities related to service delivery. **Academic Qualifications:** * Graduate professional in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering. **Work Experience:** * Must have held positions such as Operations Manager and/or General Coordinator and/or Technical Representative and/or Coordinator and/or Supervising Engineer and/or Operations and Maintenance Resident in Distribution and Transmission, and Remodeling Projects in Distribution, and/or Supervisor and/or Assistant in any electricity distribution company and/or contracting companies providing maintenance and operation services for Electrical Distribution Systems to such companies **for a cumulative period of at least four (04\) years**. * Experience in remodeling projects for Distribution Systems is also valid.
