We are looking for a Licensed Surveying Supervisor with proven experience, results-oriented mindset, leadership capability, and technical proficiency to participate in topographic, geodetic, hydrographic, photogrammetric surveys, or construction control projects. Position: Licensed Surveying Supervisor \- Work Location: Chincha \- Ica \- Work Mode: Field and office work \- Career Path: Available (based on performance) Requirements: \- Technical diploma or university degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related fields. \- Experience in planning, executing, and supervising surveying projects (including surveys, design, and construction). \- Minimum of 5 years as a surveyor, with at least 2\-3 years in a supervisory role. \- Valid driver's license. \- Proficiency in modern surveying instruments. \- Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ReCap, ArcGIS, or others). \- Responsibility, autonomy, and problem-solving ability in the field. \- Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in the construction industry.
