




Position Summary: We are seeking an Appointment Coordinator to manage, schedule, and confirm service appointments, coordinate with internal departments, provide information to customers, promote additional services, and maintain friendly and efficient service. At CONAUTO, we are looking for an "Appointment Coordinator" to join our team. Responsibilities * Manage and schedule service appointments via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions. * Confirm appointments and follow up with customers to ensure attendance. * Maintain updated daily service schedules and corresponding records. * Coordinate with service and parts departments to ensure proper appointment preparation. * Follow up with customers who missed their appointments and manage rescheduling. * Provide information regarding services, estimated service times, and vehicle status. * Prepare reports on appointment management and follow-up activities. * Promote additional services and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs. * Maintain friendly, efficient, and customer satisfaction-oriented service. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Administration, Hospitality, Public Relations, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call centers, appointment scheduling, or similar roles. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Excellent verbal communication skills and customer orientation. * Strong organizational and planning abilities. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Proactivity, responsibility, and adaptability.
