Job Summary: Architect or Bachelor in Architecture with experience in drafting, modeling, and quantity take-offs, focused on multi-family buildings. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and adaptability in problem solving **Education** University degree; Bachelor's degree and/or licensed Architect. Not mandatory for registered professionals. **Training** Architect / Bachelor in Architecture. **Knowledge** · Reading and interpretation of architectural, structural, sanitary, electrical, and other relevant drawings. · Architectural drafting, modeling, and visualization in 2D (AutoCAD), 3D (SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Revit), and rendering (Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion). · BIM drafting and modeling (desirable) for architecture and specialties including structures, sanitary installations, and electrical systems. · Architectural construction detail drafting. · Assembly of presentation sheets. · Basic knowledge of the Peruvian National Building Code (RNE). · On-site architectural surveys. · Quantity take-offs for multi-family buildings: structures, architecture, finishes, temporary works, and basic interfaces with sanitary, electrical, and mechanical installations. · Basic coordination among architecture, structures, and sanitary and electrical installations. **Soft Skills** · Organization and orderliness. · Attention to detail. · Responsibility and adherence to deadlines. · Ability to work in a team. · Effective communication. · Proactivity. · Ability to resolve technical comments. · Adaptability and continuous learning. **Experience** Minimum general experience of 6 months in multi-family buildings (desirable) and/or buildings in general, duly documented. Specific experience in at least 1 project involving preparation of construction detail drawings and architectural quantity take-offs for housing, multi-family, or general buildings. * Certificates of courses or training related to quality, finishes, drawing interpretation, quantity take-offs, safety, or construction management, if applicable. **RESPONSIBILITIES** . Prepare and update 2D architectural drawings. · Develop 3D modeling and visualization for architectural projects. · Perform architectural quantity take-offs and support specialty disciplines. · Organize and manage digital project files. · Review and coordinate architectural drawings with structural and installation drawings. · Prepare presentation sheets and construction details. · Conduct architectural surveys and digitize information. · Support the preparation of renders and presentations for clients. Coordinate corrections and changes requested by responsible architects or engineers. Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
