Opportunity for growth and a positive work environment A technical-sector company is looking for a Technical Service Administrator to coordinate customer service, manage equipment repair workflows, and handle administrative operations within the department. Main Responsibilities * Customer service via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email. * Receiving and registering equipment for diagnosis, maintenance, or repair. * Tracking service orders and maintaining ongoing communication with B2C and B2B customers. * Managing warranty claims with suppliers and submitting cases into brand portals. * Coordinating with technicians regarding diagnosis, repair, and delivery timelines. * Preparing quotations, work orders, and service reports. * Managing documentation, closing service records, and supporting billing processes. * Maintaining order and traceability of equipment within the workshop. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Administration or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support for technical service, after-sales, or maintenance. * Experience handling simultaneous customer interactions via WhatsApp, phone, and email. * Intermediate Excel proficiency and experience with administrative systems. * Experience managing warranty claims with suppliers (mandatory). * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and customer orientation. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in companies dealing with industrial equipment, machinery, home appliances, or technical sectors. * Ability to manage high volumes of services and customers.
