Position Summary: SSOMA Coordinator responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving the Integrated Management System, ensuring safety compliance and conducting field inspections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and implementation of the Integrated Management System 2. Safety management, including IPERC and risk maps 3. Field safety inspections and management follow-up Required: SSOMA Coordinator with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Mining, Metallurgy, or related fields. Must be licensed and registered with the corresponding professional association. Two (01\) years of experience in this position, preferably in the transportation sector. Three (02\) years of experience in the SSOMA area. * Coordinate with various company departments to implement, monitor, and improve the Integrated Management System. * Conduct 5-minute safety talks. * Ensure compliance with safety management requirements (IPERC, RISK MAPS, INSPECTIONS) for operational activities under their responsibility, in accordance with established safety and quality standards and client-mandated controls. * Collect substandard acts and conditions reported to the safety department. * Implement the Management System and enforce the audit plan. * Monitor management documents. * Conduct field safety inspections. * Support tracking of fire extinguisher expiration dates and first-aid kit components for both office and vehicle units. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
