Position Summary: We are seeking an OSH&E Engineer to supervise and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards in projects. Key Highlights: 1. We specialize in the design and production of metal-mechanical structures, grating manufacturing, execution of civil, electrical, mechanical works, and general maintenance. We are currently seeking an **OSH&E ENGINEER**: * Degree holder, licensed, and registered as a Mechanical Engineer, Mining Engineer, Metallurgical Engineer, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in metal structures. * Proficiency in office software, basic English, and training courses/diplomas in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment. * Must reside in Arequipa, Puno, Ilo, Moquegua, or Tacna (mandatory requirement). Main Responsibilities: * Review and approve safety, health, and environmental policies. * Develop, update, and implement the Project Safety, Health, and Environmental (OSH&E) Plan, ensuring compliance across all project phases. * Develop management tools (IPERC, PETS, PMA, and others). * Conduct safety talks, onboarding sessions for new staff, and periodic training on safety, health, and environmental topics. * Ensure implementation and compliance with applicable legal regulations concerning Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment. * Conduct periodic inspections, identify potential hazards, assess associated risks, and propose control measures to minimize or eliminate such risks. * Investigate accidents and incidents, report findings, and follow up on corrective actions to prevent recurrence. * Coordinate with clients on safety, health, and environmental matters. * Propose immediate improvements and innovations to control existing risks. * Commit to continuous improvement and adherence to the integrated management system. * Supervise all project activities related to safety, health, and environment. * Verify, supervise, and inspect proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to minimize risks, accidents, unsafe acts, and occupational illnesses. * Review and execute emergency and first-aid plans. * Review and verify expiration dates of personnel medical examinations. * Promote a prevention-oriented culture. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
