Respond to and handle incidents, accidents, and emergencies A leading company in the mining sector, Analytica Mineral Services, is seeking top talent to fill the position of **ASSET SECURITY SUPERVISOR**, with the following requirements: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * One (1) year of experience at a processing or mining plant. * **Willingness to work in Chala, Arequipa.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and supervise comprehensive asset security management at the processing plant unit, ensuring asset protection and operational continuity. * Plan, execute, and monitor asset security plans, programs, and procedures, ensuring proper implementation. * Supervise continuous monitoring of operations via technological security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, GPS, among others). * Coordinate and supervise scheduled and unannounced security patrols, verifying the effectiveness of established controls. * Coordinate initial response and handling of incidents, accidents, and emergencies, aligning actions with internal departments and competent external entities. * Manage collection, analysis, and custody of information and evidence to support investigations and preparation of technical reports. * Coordinate with operational departments to address unplanned events that may impact asset security and operational continuity. * Prepare and present asset security management reports, including key performance indicators, incident analysis, and improvement proposals. * Coordinate training programs, inductions, drills, and simulations on asset security. * Supervise compliance with internal regulations, security protocols, access controls, and operational procedures for both permanent staff and contractors. * Promptly report incidents, emergencies, and other relevant developments in asset security management to immediate supervisors. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Transportation, meals, and camp accommodation. * Job stability. * Atypical work schedule: 14\*7 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,800\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
