A leading industrial company manufacturing plywood doors is seeking a proactive, organized, and team-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our Logistics and Procurement team. Main Responsibilities: Support procurement management for local supplies, materials, spare parts, and services. Request and compare supplier quotations to ensure optimal price, quality, and delivery terms. Issue purchase orders and track deliveries until materials arrive at the plant. Coordinate with warehouse, production, and accounting departments to ensure proper documentation and material flow. Update and maintain supplier and pricing records in the ERP system. Monitor and track supplier delivery schedule compliance and service-level performance. Support supplier evaluations and procurement reporting. Requirements: Graduate or technical specialist in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or logistics, preferably within industrial or manufacturing companies. Knowledge of procurement processes, quotation handling, purchase order management, and supplier relations. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience (SAP, Starsoft, or similar) is desirable. Strong negotiation skills, organizational ability, accountability, and results orientation.
