The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising on-site and assembly activities, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, and deadline standards. Expertise in communications and optical fiber rings will be especially valued. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of on-site and assembly work, from initiation through to final project delivery. * Manage and lead on-site work teams, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring productivity. * Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) regulations across all on-site activities, promoting a safety-oriented culture. * Monitor and verify material quality and work execution, ensuring alignment with the project’s technical specifications and Eosol Group’s standards. * Supervise equipment and installation assembly, with particular attention to communications systems and optical fiber rings. * Efficiently manage resources (materials, machinery, personnel) to optimize costs and adhere to the project budget. * Prepare and submit periodic reports on site status, progress, incidents, and forecasts. * Coordinate with other departments (engineering, procurement, logistics) and third parties (subcontractors, suppliers, authorities) to ensure smooth project execution. * Proactively identify and resolve problems and deviations arising during on-site execution. * Guarantee adherence to execution timelines and timely, on-spec project delivery. * Maintain fluent and effective communication with all project stakeholders. **Job Requirements:** * **Minimum Experience:** Minimum 5 years of proven experience in similar roles such as On-site or Assembly Supervisor, preferably within the renewable energy, telecommunications, or infrastructure sectors. * **Specific Knowledge:** Solid knowledge and experience in communications and optical fiber rings is mandatory. Experience in deploying and certifying optical fiber networks is highly desirable. * **Education:** A technical university degree (Engineering, Technical Architecture) or a Higher Vocational Training qualification in a related field is preferred.
