Specialist in public tenders with relevant experience We are **Grupo SANNY**, a leading construction-sector company in central Peru with over 10 years of experience, currently seeking a **TENDER SPECIALIST**. **REQUIREMENTS**: * **Professional**: Bachelor's degree or higher in Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields. * OSCE certification required. * **General experience**: +3 years in document management and construction project contracting (execution and consultancy) in public/private sectors. * **Specific experience**: 18 months in roles such as Specialist, Technical Analyst, Area Manager, Assistant Manager, or Head directly involved in construction execution and consultancy. **KNOWLEDGE** * SEACE: monitoring of selection procedures. * Dispute resolution: JRD, conciliation, and arbitration. * Office software: Excel, Word, and PDF management. * Basic review of technical files. * Collaborative tools and corporate email.
