Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and leadership-oriented Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electromechanical Engineer with experience in the mining and industrial sectors to prepare technical documents and manage projects. We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience participating in engineering projects within the mining and industrial sectors. We seek a proactive, leadership-oriented individual with strong teamwork skills and commitment to assigned tasks. **Professional Profile** * Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electromechanical Engineer (licensed). * Minimum 5 years of experience in the industrial or mining sector. * Demonstrated experience in project management or participation in multidisciplinary projects. * Proactive individual with leadership, responsibility, and teamwork capabilities. **Knowledge Requirements** * Advanced Excel proficiency (desirable). * Proficiency in engineering and design software (mandatory). * MS Project proficiency. * Knowledge of piping, ventilation, and HVAC (desirable but not mandatory). * Basic project management knowledge (desirable but not mandatory). * Intermediate English (desirable). * Valid driver's license (desirable but not mandatory). **Responsibilities** * Preparation of engineering technical documents. * Development of spreadsheets, equipment mechanical sizing, and technical specifications. * Preparation of CAPEX for multidisciplinary projects. * Supervision of mechanical drawing preparation. * Management of technical documentation and engineering drawings. * Weekly engineering activity scheduling, including tasks and resources. **Work Mode** * On-site office work in Surco – Chacarilla (Monday to Friday). **Contract Duration** * 6-month contract under the general labor regime.
