Supervise and control contractors' civil discipline work progress, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, quality, and safety and environmental standards.

**POSITION MISSION:** Supervise and control contractors' work progress by conducting on-site monitoring of civil discipline construction processes and validating technical specifications of the civil discipline to ensure compliance with schedule, budget, and committed quality standards, while ensuring adherence to regulations, safety standards, and environmental standards for assigned projects.
**FUNCTIONS:**
Supervise contractors' work progress, validating civil discipline technical specifications within the construction process.
Conduct on-site supervision of work executed by MCP teams and contractors.
Review discipline-specific management reports issued by contractors.
Participate in coordination meetings with contractors.
Participate in resolving contractors' technical queries related to the civil discipline of assigned projects.
Exercise cost and expense control over activities under one's purview.
Verify contractor companies' safety management compliance for assigned projects.
In 2007, Aluminum Corporation of China (CHINALCO) established Minera Chinalco Perú S.A. (Chinalco Perú) to construct, develop, and operate the Toromocho copper mega-project. The Toromocho Mining Unit has been the first world-class copper mine fully executed and developed from inception overseas by a Chinese enterprise. It is located in the Morococha District, Yauli Province, Junín Department, at an altitude exceeding 4,500 meters above sea level. It operates a concentrator plant processing approximately 117,200 tons of ore per day. Today, Chinalco Perú is one of the most important enterprises within China Copper and CHINALCO's largest wholly-owned foreign company.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, licensed, and registered as a CIVIL ENGINEER.
Minimum 10 years of general experience, 8 years within the sector, and 5 years in this position.
Intermediate-level English proficiency.
Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
Driver's license A1 (unavailable)
Willingness to work under a 7X7 regime.
