Training aligned with job requirements **Lead Technician – Heavy-Duty Truck Maintenance** Automotriz Central del Perú is currently seeking a **Lead Technician** to join our operations team at **MINING UNITS**, responsible for ensuring adherence to the maintenance plan, technical service quality, and proper field or workshop activity management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and ensure execution of the assigned maintenance plan. * Prepare technical reports for clients and Volvo, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and technical substantiation. * Lead work meetings with the technical team and related departments. * Supervise compliance with regulations regarding Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management — SSOMA. * Coordinate and execute component demobilization according to established procedures. * Provide technical support for maintenance, diagnostics, and repair activities. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational efficiency standards. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics, General Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance within mining operations. * Minimum 2 years of experience in powertrain repair. * Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive workshop management. * Knowledge of general mechanics. * Prior experience with Volvo units is preferred. * Willingness to work on mining site operations. **Competencies:** * Leadership. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Results orientation. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Commitment to service safety and quality. **Benefits:** * Opportunity to join a solid company in the automotive sector. * Professional development based on performance. * Training aligned with job requirements. * Positive work environment and teamwork.
