Management of technical personnel and safety A mining-sector company is seeking a "Maintenance Supervisor" with proven experience in UNDERGROUND MINING, available to work on mining projects in the CENTRAL region. REQUIREMENTS: \- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (mandatory). \- Minimum 2 years of experience (mandatory). \- Knowledge of maintenance, safety, and personnel management. \- Knowledge of tire performance and heavy machinery. \- Willingness to work in underground mines and excellent physical condition. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance. \- Planning and coordination of workshop activities. \- Management of technical personnel, assurance, and safety conditions. \- Technical inspection, control, reporting (KPIs), and documentation. \- Planning tire, spare parts, consumables, and tool procurement requests. \- Submission of safety documentation.
