REQUIREMENTS: - Final-year student or graduate in Industrial Engineering - Knowledge of quality management systems - Familiarity with ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 10002 (Complaint Handling and Customer Satisfaction) - Knowledge of process diagram, flow, and mapping design (DAP, SIPOC, route map, KPIs) - Basic proficiency in office software tools - Must reside in Huancayo city - Proactive attitude, organization, and willingness for continuous learning MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support monitoring, updating, and improving administrative and operational processes and procedures, contributing to activity standardization - Provide support in managing customer/user inquiries, complaints, and suggestions, in accordance with ISO 10002 guidelines - Support validation of meetings, formation of committees, and tracking of commitments established per the institutional schedule - Participate in quality rounds to verify compliance with standards, procedures, and requirements of the quality management system per ISO 9001 - Support delivery of trainings, inductions, and seminars according to the quality management system schedule - Collaborate in developing, updating, and standardizing institutional forms, records, and documents required by various departments WE OFFER: - Internship certificate issued under the name of Vanguardia Excellence - Positive work environment - Continuous mentoring and learning in the field of quality and processes - Opportunity for professional development.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree 1 year of experience Keywords: intern, practicante, becario, pasante, quality, qa
