Opportunity for professional development in inventory management Principal Authorized Distribution Center (CDA) is seeking top talent for the position of: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR / NIGHT SHIFT - HUANCAYO RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise, verify, and control all units entering the warehouse for loading and unloading, ensuring that all loads and reloads are correctly prepared during the assigned shift. Verify that the warehouse, receiving area, and assigned loading zone remain organized and clean, with no non-conforming products. Review product rotation (FEFO) both when storing items received from T1 suppliers and when loading units for distribution. Assign staff to sort returned market items (rejections, non-conforming products, and packaging materials such as boxes and containers). Monitor staff to ensure compliance with quality, environmental, occupational safety, and health standards using the protective equipment provided by the company. Perform maintenance on tools used. Comply with regulations outlined in the Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulation and the Internal Work Regulation. And other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience managing warehouses, preferably in Inventory Control within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies, Logistics Operators, etc. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. SAP user-level proficiency (desirable). Competencies: Ability to work under pressure, teamwork skills, responsibility, good interpersonal skills, and honesty. Availability to work night shifts.
