Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible collaborator to perform operational warehouse tasks, supporting receiving, loading, unloading, and placement of merchandise, ensuring product care and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in warehouse operational management 2. Handling and care of products, especially lighting equipment 3. Teamwork and attention to detail in cargo handling We seek to hire a responsible collaborator to perform operational and physical warehouse tasks, whose primary function will be to support receiving, loading, unloading, moving, and placing merchandise, ensuring product care and contributing to an efficient workflow under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager. **Main Responsibilities:** * Load and unload merchandise (luminaires, profiles, drivers, etc.) from transport units. * Move, stack, and place products in designated storage zones or shelves, adhering to safety regulations. * Assist in order preparation (picking) and proper packaging or labeling (packing) to ensure safe dispatches. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and clear passageways and work areas in the warehouse. * Assist in physical inventory counts and other operational tasks assigned by management. * Handle products appropriately to prevent losses, damage, or breakage, given the nature of lighting equipment. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience working as a loader, warehouse assistant, dispatch operator, or similar positions. * Physical capability and stamina to perform tasks requiring continuous manual effort (loading and moving merchandise). * Basic knowledge of industrial safety standards and handling of delicate goods. * Availability for full-time employment. **Key Competencies:** * Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and punctuality. * Excellent willingness to work in teams and follow instructions. * Speed, agility, and proactivity in the work environment. * Care and attention to detail in cargo handling.
